Balancing your meal times is always best. Eating right before bed can cause some problems with sleep. Once you eat a large meal your metabolism starts working, and this can make it harder to fall alseep (or stay alseep). Some people say that they sleep better with a full stomach, but if you find yourself not then try spacing out the meals so that you eat and then have a few hours before bedtime.
